ARM: uniphier: enable CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH if no CONFIG_MICRO_SUPPORT_CARD NOR flash devices are seldom used on UniPhier platforms these days. The only use case I see is the Micro Support Card is connected. Otherwise, define CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH to disable NOR FLASH. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>
