clk: mediatek: mt7986: fix wrong parent for INFRA_ADC_26M_CK

Fix wrong parent for INFRA_ADC_26M_CK as should be INFRA_ADC_FRC_CK
instead of INFRA_CK_F26M. This is to match implementation on upstream
kernel linux.
