pinctrl: renesas: Minimize R8A77960 M3-W and R8A77961 M3-W+ PFC tables Reduce the PFC tables by ifdeffing out pinmux settings which are unlikely to be used by U-Boot. This helps reduce the size of the bootloader in the 10 kiB range.
