mach-snapdragon: Allow other board vendors apart from Qcom
Qcom SoCs derived boards can come from various OEMs/ODMs and not just
Qcom itself. So allow CONFIG_SYS_VENDOR to be set correctly
corressponding to the actual board vendor.
