arm: socfpga: soc64: Add support for board_boot_order() Add board_boot_order() to retrieve the list of boot devices from spl-boot-order property in device tree. This board_boot_order() would be used for all Intel SOC64 devices. Signed-off-by: Tien Fong Chee <tien.fong.chee@altera.com>
