arm: shc: Change CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR to EEPROM_ADDR

The shc platforms do not make use of the rest of the EEPROM
infrastructure.  Rather than make more elaborate Kconfig logic, remove
this setting from the CONFIG namespace.
