arm: Remove use of board_early_init_r/last_stage_init() These boards define CONFIG_LAST_STAGE_INIT and CONFIG_BOARD_EARLY_INIT_R but these options are not available on ARM. Move them into the powerpc common file instead. This change affects: km_kirkwood_pci, mgcoge3un, kmnusa, kmcoge5un, km_kirkwood and portl2. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
