colibri_imx6: change pmic fusing according to hw 1.1 requirements
Colibri iMX6 V1.1 HW can use the PMIC GEN3 to power the NVCC_SD1.
Change the settings fused into the PMIC's OTP to powerup with
GEN3 set to output 3.3V.
