vexpress64: juno: support SMC9118 ethernet This configures the Juno board to enable ethernet using the SMSC9118 ethernet controller found in the board. Tested by TFTP-booting a kernel over ethernet. Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
