pinctrl: renesas: Minimize R8A7791 M2-W and R8A7793 M2-N PFC tables Reduce the PFC tables by ifdeffing out pinmux settings which are unlikely to be used by U-Boot. This helps reduce the size of the bootloader in the 10 kiB range.
