mmc: sdhci: use the SDHCI_QUIRK_USE_WIDE8 for samsung SoC

Samsung SoC is supported the WIDE8, even if Controller version is v2.0.
So add the SDHCI_QUIRK_USE_WIDE8 for Samsung-SoC.
