ARM: uniphier: change the default of SoC select to UNIPHIER_V7_MULTI ARCH_UNIPHIER_V8_MULTI depends on !SPL, so the default may be hidden. Use a clearer default. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>
