ddr: altera: Clean up scc_mgr_set_hhp_extras() Minor coding style cleanup for this function. Furthermore, move ad-hoc debug_cond() calls from the only location from where this function is invoked into this actual function. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de>
