configs: Enable VAB flow for Agilex5 SoCFPGA boards Vendor Authorized Boot flow configurations are enabled for boards based on Agilex5 SoCFPGA. Also, required changes are made to the SoCFPGA make file for building and linking relevant secure source code files.
