cpu/mpc824x/Makefile: fix warning with parallel builds
Parallel builds would occasionally issue this build warning:
ln: creating symbolic link `cpu/mpc824x/bedbug_603e.c': File exists
Use "ln -sf" as quick work around for the issue.
