doc: remove redundant Rockchip bindings Most Rockchip device tree related bindings are converted to YAML and available in the U-boot /dts/upstream/Bindings/ directory. Remove all redundant U-boot entries. Signed-off-by: Johan Jonker <jbx6244@gmail.com>
