microblaze: Unify Linux bootm process Record two bootstages and add "Starting kernel" message to have standard handoff message between U-Boot and OS. Also use debug() instead of #ifdef DEBUG to clean the code. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
