configs: phycore_am62x_a53_defconfig: Enable gpio The AM62x uses the DA8XX (DaVinci) GPIO controller. Enable CONFIG_DA8XX_GPIO to support GPIO access from the Cortex-A53. Also enable the 'gpio' command to allow users to interact with GPIOs from the U-Boot shell.
