fs: Allow to compile FS_SQUASHFS only for proper U-Boot CONFIG_SPL_FS_SQUASHFS cannot be disabled when CONFIG_FS_SQUASHFS is enabled. Fix it. Signed-off-by: Pali Rohár <pali@kernel.org>
