mpc83xx: MPC8360ERDK: fix environment offset configuration bug The size of U-Boot binary for MPC8360ERDK increased (> 2 flash sectors now), so 'saveenv' will partially overwrite U-Boot in flash and will brick the board. This patch moves environment offset to fourth flash sector and also fixes CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN.
