ARM: dts: vf: Fix warning about missing reg property

Add proper reg values for the two AIPS bus nodes. This avoids this
two warnings:
Node /soc/aips-bus@40000000 has a unit name, but no reg property
Node /soc/aips-bus@40080000 has a unit name, but no reg property
