smegw01: Update DDR initialization Sync with the latest DDR initialization from Phytec, which uses version 1.2 of NXP's i.MX7D DRAM Register Programming Aid spreadsheet. This updated DDR initialization fixes occasional system freeze. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <festevam@denx.de>
