cm-t35: reduce the environment size Reduce the environment size (128KB => 16KB) to improve the environment operations time (e.g. reading, ecc calculation). Also, remove the unused CONFIG_SYS_ENV_SECT_SIZE. Signed-off-by: Igor Grinberg <grinberg@compulab.co.il>
