[Colgin][RDKB][WiFi][MT76][AP MODE] mbss: 5g restore wireless cfg ,call trace happen Description: iw and hostapd both send new interface nl cmd to mac80211, cause bss color delay queue work re-init, then ke happen. Solution: remove iw add ap command for mbss interface. Test: mbss pass. Change-Id: I1168c1b5b530863d02b43e4ee917ad45135d3ac1
