[[logan][RDKB]fix 6G bw/GI/acs dmcli test issues]

[Description]
Fix the issue that 6G dmcli set bw/GI/acs not work;

Reason:
use the 6G radio_idx will find the wrong hostapd_conf file.

Solution:
1)for operating channel get, no need query from hostapd_conf file;
2)for 6G interface name getting, use the main_vap_interface.
