Subject: [PATCH 084/199] mtk: mt76: mt7996: support thermal recal debug
command
Add support thermal recal debug command.
Usage:
$ echo val > debugfs/thermal_recal
The val can be the following values:
0 = disable
1 = enable
2 = manual trigger
