1. In order to contribute code, first-time users are requested to create github handle by following the wizard in github-join.
2. If you wish to make code contributions to this project, the master source is hosted at github.com. You can submit your changes for review via this github site.
3. Please follow the workflow when making a contribution.
4. Update the README.md with details of changes, this includes build steps and installation steps.
