refactor(fvp): avoid Measured-Boot dependency on Trusted-Boot As Measured-Boot and Trusted-Boot are orthogonal, removed Trusted-Boot's dependency on Measured-Boot by allowing them to apply the Crypto module changes independently using the CRYPTO_SUPPORT build flag.
