feat(stm32mp2): load FW binaries to DDR Now that DDR is initialized, we can load the different firmware parts: BL32 (OP-TEE header), BL32 extra1 (OP-TEE), HW_CONFIG (U-Boot device tree) and BL33 (U-Boot).
