fix(zynqmp): update MAX_XLAT_TABLES for DDR memory range An assert is observed when the bl31 is placed in DDR memory range and DEBUG is also enabled. To resolve this, increase the size of MAX_XLAT_TABLES to 8 when bl31 is placed in DDR memory range.
