plat: rcar: Drop H3 v3.0 check on DRAM debug print There is nothing preventing H3 older than v3.0 from printing the DRAM configuration, just like v3.0 and newer. Drop the check and let all H3 revisions print DRAM configuration in BL2. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com>
