refactor(arm): remove ARM_ROTPK_KEY_LEN comparison Removing ARM_ROTPK_KEY_LEN definition and comparison in full key .S files since there is little value in comparing the defined value with a static size. This becomes more maintenance than value addition. Removing defines no longer required and general clean up of .S full key files.
