fvp: add Cactus/Ivy Secure Partition information Add load address and UUID in fw config dts for Cactus and Ivy which are example SP's in tf-test repository. For prototype purpose these information is added manually but later on it will be updated at compile time from SP layout file and SP manifests provided by platform.
