refactor(tc): remap console logs
Remap TF-A console logs from SoC UART2 (S1 terminal) to CSS
secure (UART1_AP terminal) and Linux logs from SoC UART2
(S1 terminal) to CSS non-secure (UART_AP terminal) to align
with the latest FVP TC2 model (version 11.23/17).
