refactor(measured boot): rename a macro INVALID_ID to EVLOG_INVALID_ID
Renamed a macro 'INVALID_ID' to 'EVLOG_INVALID_ID' to avoid its clash
with other macro names and to show it is explicitly used for Event
Log driver.
