doc: Fixes in PSA FF-A binding document

- Fix possible run-time ELs value and xlat-granule size.
- Remove mandatory field for stream-ids.
- Define interrupts attributes to <u32>.
- Remove mem-manage field.
- Add description for memory/device region attributes.
