libfdt: Import libfdt v1.4.2

Import libfdt code from https://git.kernel.org/cgit/utils/dtc/dtc.git
tag "v1.4.2" commit ec02b34c05be04f249ffaaca4b666f5246877dea.

This version includes commit d0b3ab0a0f46ac929b4713da46f7fdcd893dd3bd,
which fixes a buffer overflow in fdt_offset_ptr().
