cdefs.h: Use __deprecated__ instead of deprecated
Use the form with underscores to define the '__deprecated' macro to avoid
collisions with potentially defined macros, as suggested in gcc docs
(https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Attribute-Syntax.html#Attribute-Syntax).
