feat(rdfremont): add DRAM pas entries in pas table for multichip RD-Fremont-Cfg2 supports 8 DRAM banks compared to RD-Fremont and RD-Fremont-Cfg1, which only support 2. So add PAS entries for all the DRAM banks in the PAS table for RD-Fremont-Cfg2, ensuring proper access controls to these regions.
